What does a Fractional CFO do?

We can’t speak for other CFOs, but Megan ensures her clients have the important information they need to do the best possible job at leading their business.

That means getting into the nitty gritty of the inner workings of the business and the owner, and learning what makes them tick and what brings things to a screeching halt.

Fundamentally Megan ensures business owners have everything they need on order to understand the needs of the business so that they design the right strategies.
