A lot.

And in order to help them get those results, I provide personalized education about their specific business, and a shared knowledge based on visual patterns more than clunky spreadsheets.

I roll up my sleaves along side my clients and we get into it. Their growth and profit are dependent on how well they understand their business. And it’s my job to help them learn.

So I build frameworks and tools to help my creative, intelligent, caring clients realize they are not bad at numbers. They simply have no tolerance for useless data.

And once they have a new perspective on their numbers, my clients all have a level understanding of the same frameworks (e.g. Vital 4, Growth Profit Paradox) and tools (e.g. Cash Calendar, Sandbox, Estimator, Cash Planner).

And because they share a common knowledge, they can see each others’ businesses more clearly and that means clearer conversations and trouble-shooting help.
